How To Use

Take consistently for optimum benefit. During events that are intense double the dose and be sure to drink at least half your body weight in water to help your body cleanse itself. 

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily.

Pregnancy: Take 3 capsules a day. (This formula is one of the daily intakes in our pregnancy kit)

Breastfeeding: Take 2 capsules a day.

Children (above 12): Take 2 capsule daily.
