Once the package has been delivered to you ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We do not accept refunds. if you wish to cancel your order you must do so BEFORE the product is created which is usually 48 hours. 

If you do not request it before that time period then there will be a charge of $5 deducted from your refund.
