Shoot us an email promptly and we will work with you to change your order. Email us within 10-24 hours. There is no guruantee we will be able to change the order. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking info. You can track your order directly via the link in the email. 

If you placed an order and haven’t received an email with the tracking info, then your order hasn’t shipped yet. We sometimes experience delays getting products from our suppliers which slows down our shipping times. Be sure to check your spam & promotions inboxes to see if your shipping notification was sent there. 

If we cancelled your order we will let you know. Cancelled orders only mean we are out of stock of the item you requested.
