HOW TO TAKE FORMULAS:

These formulas are to be taken 

2-3 hours a part so each formula can perform its designated function and should be taken with 16 ounces of distilled water with lemon or lime juice squeezed in it.

Formula #2: 9:00 A.M. Take 5 capsules

Formula #3: 11:00 A.M. Take 5 capsules

Activated Charcoal: With Formula #6 or before bedtime (add 1/3 teaspoon to 4 ounces of water, stir well, and drink).
